Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, cards, pouches, boxes, freebies, and accessories.

For hygiene reasons, earrings or pierced jewellery may not be eligible for return once opened or worn, except if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos, and preferably a continuous unboxing video.

Artificial jewellery may naturally experience changes in colour, shine, plating, or finish over time. Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, sanitiser, creams, chemicals, scratches, rough use, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method.

Original shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and gift packaging charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Lavishka Jewels.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
